Steven Creech, Director of Marketing

A veteran of gaming with nearly 20 years of experience, Steve is relatively new to the business aspect of the gaming industry. Like most gamers, he started out with the original boxed editions of Dungeons & Dragons and has been a consistent player ever since. He enjoys reading, computer gaming and programming, Star Trek, hunting, and sports. Residing in the Midwest and armed with a Psychology degree from Purdue University, Steve spent 17 years in management with various companies before making the decision to become a stay-at-home father (a boy and a girl) and focus on a new consulting career. Coincidentally, this occurred roughly the same time as the release of the 3rd ed. Dungeons & Dragons rules and the founding of Bastion Press. Steve’s first contracted work was the result of an adventure contest held by Bastion Press in which Where Dark Elves Rule was one of the selected winners. Since then, Steve has gone on to become a regular contributor to the Bastion Press line of products and downloads. He has co-authored (along with his best friend Kevin Ruesch) the first three Lore of the Gods books and the recent Pale Designs: A Poisoner’s Handbook. Along with splitting his time as Executive Chairman of the d20 Magazine Rack, Steve continues to be a consistent contributor to the Bastion Press team.
